Each
of our thoughtfully decorated guest rooms have red
rock views,
satellite, flat screen TVs, DVD players, wireless
internet, private baths, heating/air conditioning,
sitting areas and small refrigerators. Some rooms
have access to a private patio that features an outdoor
spa tub. There is a expansive outdoor Hot Tub for
all guest use. Room rate includes: A healthy breakfast
buffet, Sedona bottled water, plus fresh baked cookies
or brownies. Room rates range from $155 to
$300 plus tax. Double occupancy. Add

Suite: A secluded private entrance suite
with a touch of class and elegance inspired by
the colors of the red rock of Sedona. This suite
features a living room with fabulous views of
the famed Wilson Mountain, a full kitchen with
dining area, a separate bedroom with a luxurious
king-bed. The suite also offers two flat screen
LCD TVs and HD DVDs player; surround sound stereo,
an electric fireplace, plus a large private deck

TOUCH
OF SEDONA POLICIES
• Rates include a healthy breakfast buffet and late
afternoon refreshments.
• A
deposit of one night's room rate plus tax is required
for two nights or less. A deposit of 50% of the entire
stay is required for three nights or more. Both are
plus tax. All balances are due in full at check in
time.
• We
gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express or personal traveler's checks.
• Cancellation
must be made no later than 10 days prior to date of
arrival for a refund less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
With less than ten days notice, we will refund only
if we are able to fill the vacancy for the entire
time reserved.
• For
the comfort of others, smoking is not permitted in
the rooms.
• Check in time is 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Later check-in
by prior telephone arrangements, please.
• Check
out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Gift
certificates are available.
• Well-behaved
children are always welcome in rooms which will accommodate
them.
• Pets
are not allowed. We will be happy to refer you to
a local kennel.
